Loretta is an Allied Health Assistant, Remedial Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Group exercise professional. She has been in the industry for 40 years.

Her sporting background is Triathlon, competing in the Australian Ironman Triathlon circuit for 2 years.

She is the owner of Griffith Health Care NSW. Also working alongside physiotherapists, she includes Kinetic Link training, along with Remedial Massage and Deep Tissue Laser Therapy for progressive rehabilitation, sports injury, and training.
