Express Workout #1
Opening Arc + Weight-Shifting Squat
Exercise 3:
Opening Arc SA (x-over) M>M / Mid-Band 45° + Weight-Shifting Squat REC

You should start by standing at an angle of 45° to the mid band (or cable) anchor point.
The opening arc involves moving a relatively straight arm (across the midline) - leading with the back of your hand - from mid level to mid level.
The weight-shifting squat involves hip and knee flexion of one leg at a time. Body-weight is transferred from one leg to another so that you move through the frontal plane. Your feet should be approximately double shoulder width apart & keep both feet turned out approximately 45 degrees. The weight-shifting squat in this exercise is being performed as a reciprocal action.
