Luke Dorizas is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, based at Beyond Exercise Studio in Neutral Bay Sydney. He has over 10 years experience as an AEP and sees a wide range of clientele, the youngest as teenagers to some clients now in their 80s and 90s, still completing strength training regularly.
Luke is passionate about the use of strength training as a primary form of exercise for everyone and strongly believes in the use of KLT principles for strength programming. Having completed KLT Level 1 in 2019, seeing the successful results with clients he went on to complete his Level 2 Course in 2020.
The most common feedback Luke sees from his KLT programming is the ‘transferability’ to clients every day activities and sporting activities, with sometimes immediate improvements in strength and movement control reported after single sessions.
